Stephen
Wojno
CIO & BUSINESS UNIT CO-FOUNDER
30+ Years Experience
He has spent three decades turning chaos into clarity for organizations drowning in data but starving for insight. As Chief Intelligence Officer and Business Unit Co-Founder of Stealth Intelligence, he helps entrepreneurs and C-suite leaders make faster, smarter decisions through system-driven insights.
His philosophy is simple. Great decisions require all three: MINDS (people), MODELS (systems and technology), and DATA (timely and accurate information). Most companies have bits and pieces. He aligns all three.
Before Stealth, he built and led finance and operations teams across manufacturing, professional services, and technology. He drove a Tier One automotive supplier from $7M to $28M in revenue. He co-founded and sold an HRIS software company, raised $1.5M in capital, and expanded the client base five times during an economic downturn.
Turning data into decisions
He has served as CFO, VP of Finance, and COO, always focused on operational excellence through people and processes.
For the past decade, he has specialized in business intelligence, building Power BI solutions and financial models that transform how organizations see and act on their data. More recently, he has become an early adopter of AI and conversational analytics, helping businesses move from static dashboards to dynamic, on-demand insights.
At Stealth Intelligence, his focus is AI-powered BI solutions, financial modeling, automation integration, and data strategy. His goal is simple: help a 20-person company operate with the intelligence infrastructure of a 200-person company. Not someday. Now.
Clarity powered by intelligence.
Clarity powered by intelligence.
