Wesley Mathews is a visionary founder and CEO of Stealth Consulting, and a founder-operator with more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and leading growth-driven companies. He’s a straight shooter by instinct and a builder at his core—known for seeing what others miss, calling what others avoid, and moving decisively when others hesitate. His career has been shaped by real-world execution, not theory, and by navigating the pressure, complexity, and consequences that come with building companies from the ground up.
Wes is the original co-founder and former CEO of High Level Marketing, founded in 2009. Under his leadership, the company scaled from startup into a multi-million-dollar organization serving 4,000+ clients nationwide. The business became one of the fastest-growing agencies in the Midwest before a successful merger and acquisition in 2021. Following the transaction, the combined organization scaled beyond $20M in revenue and 100+ employees, cementing High Level Marketing as a market leader.

That journey gave Wes a front-row seat to the realities of rapid growth—building teams, developing leadership infrastructure, managing chaos, and creating systems that actually sustain scale. It also shaped his perspective on what breaks inside companies as they grow: misalignment, weak leadership, lack of ownership, and leaders avoiding hard decisions.
After exiting HLM, Wes didn’t slow down or step away from the work. He returned to the arena after repeatedly seeing the same pattern inside growing organizations: ambition without alignment, strategy without execution, and teams working hard without clear ownership or accountability. He built Stealth to bring clarity, ownership, and execution discipline to companies that need real leadership—without the overhead, bloat, and cost of traditional structures.

Wes brings a rare combination of strategic vision and operator-level execution. He’s lived the realities of growth from the inside—making hard decisions, building teams, navigating uncertainty, and carrying responsibility when things aren’t clean or easy. A strong advocate of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), he uses it to create clarity, alignment, and accountability across organizations. His leadership style is simple and direct: no ego, clear standards, and honest conversations. He values truth over comfort, clarity over consensus, and progress over politics.
In addition to leading Stealth, Wes hosts the Entrepreneur Intel podcast, where he interviews high-performing founders and operators on what it really takes to build and scale companies. He’s also a husband and father of five, and he believes business should fuel life—not consume it.
