For SEO, backlinks are king. Not just any backlinks, but really good ones from trusted websites are what matters like your local news station. Nearly every local news station has a place to submit local hiring opportunities. Submit a quick job description for a new hire at your company. In home services, who isn't always looking to hire talent. Boom, you get a high quality backlink, and you might even get featured on the 6 o'clock news.
Ask your marketing agency these questions and watch them get nervous:

What they should say:
