As the original co-founder and CTO of High Level Marketing, Jon drove product innovation, technology, production, and marketing. Jon was responsible for architecting three of HLM's proprietary Footprint™ market intelligence, CMS, and dashboard platforms - continually positioning the company ahead of a fiercely competitive industry.

Multi-Location Expertise: Early in his career, Jon got his start with a national wireless franchise company and in 6 months increased organic search engine traffic from under 6,000 unique visitors per month to over 55,000 unique visitors per month. Developed rate plan comparison, pricing, and marketing process automation technologies for the organization. More recently Jon has led the digital marketing strategy for large franchise companies in both the B2B and B2C spaces.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Jon has overseen and architected thousands of successful campaigns for local market small business owners to nationwide organizations with monthly budgets up to seven figures.
Technology Integration and Operational Expertise: Jon brings experience with the entire marketing tech stack having led integrations with various automation suites, reputation tools, scheduling systems, CRMs including Salesforce and Hubspot, financial systems, and much more. If you need to dive deep into cloud infrastructure, database design, API integrations, or campaign management at scale, Jon will go there.
Jon currently sits on the advisory board of the Specs Howard Graphic Design Program and received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan in 2004. Outside of HLM, Jon runs a non-profit Kids Draw Bob focusing on improving the mental health of children through art. He enjoys denying his kids screen time, golf, competitive sand sculpting, drinking beer, and traveling with his family.
Jason spent his career taking on responsibility and problem solving on his path to leadership and scaling companies. From the beginning he worked at his family’s owned commercial construction company to later climb the corporate ladder taking on executive roles for companies in automotive engineering, staffing, and design & commercial office furniture. Before joining Stealth, he spent five years as COO at Interior Environments, transforming the company’s infrastructure leading to higher growth, efficiency, and market expansion.

Jason and his wife have been married for 31 years and moved to Brighton, MI in 2019. They have two daughters and are part-time empty-nesters. Jason is passionate about his family and his faith. Jason and his wife enjoy traveling, fitness, spending time with family & friends, and serving others in the community.
Krysta is a marketing manager with a knack for entrepreneurship and teamwork. With a solid background in marketing strategies and a proven track record of entrepreneurial ventures, she brings creativity, determination, and strategic thinking to the table.
Krysta spent a significant part of her life as an athlete, even at the D1 collegiate level. This experience has shown on the court and off with the ability to pivot quickly, work collaboratively within a team, and persevere through challenges. It taught her the value of hard work, discipline, and seeing things through till the end.
Living abroad in seven different countries was another pivotal part of Krysta's journey that she applies to her everyday work. The experience broadened her horizons, exposed her to diverse cultures and made her incredibly agile and adaptable. This exposure instilled in Krysta a deep appreciation for diversity and the ability to navigate seamlessly through new environments and challenges.
With an athlete's mindset and cultural adaptability, Krysta thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Outside of work, Krysta continues to travel, stays active, and loves supporting her kids’ sporting events.
Over the last decade, Jen has enjoyed developing her dexterity in sociology, marketing, strategy, and data analytics. This breadth of knowledge has proven invaluable as she worked with a wide range of clients, from a few Top 10 Fortune 100 businesses to local mom and pop shops, where she oversaw everything from their strategic marketing and business development plans to their ecommerce platforms and paid advertising campaigns.

Client Success Expertise: Jen actively represents and supports every client with fierce attention to detail and a tenacity for getting things done. Regardless of the industry in which her clients operate or the size of their organizations, Jen isn't happy until her clients are happy.
Jen and her husband have been married 14 years and are living their wilderness dreams with their 2 kids in northern Michigan. In her free time Jen continues to hone her skills as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enthusiast and enjoying all the outdoor activities "up north" has to offer.
Born with a passion for design and a natural affinity for the psychology behind successful ad campaigns, Chris has more than 25 years of experience in marketing. After launching an aftermarket wheel business in 2004 and a local digital marketing company in 2011, Chris joined Wes and Jon in 2014 to bring his entrepreneurial experience to High Level Marketing. His creative direction elevated HLM's design philosophy, and his ability to connect with business owners and leadership teams transformed the client experience from kickoff to delivery, helping to fuel the company's growth.

Chris and his wife have been married for 7 years and live in Sylvan Lake, MI where they transformed their 100 year old home into a relaxing oasis for themselves and their family of rescued cats and dogs. As he has time, Chris loves traveling to new places with his wife, working on his house, and being a cat and dog whisperer.
John Griffin’s track record speaks for itself. With more than 20 years of experience, he has continuously showcased his exceptional leadership and strategic marketing prowess. A resident of Rochester Hills, Michigan, he is happily married to a woman who is way out of his league and has two lovely children. In his spare time, you can find him playing in the backyard, on the golf course, the softball diamond, behind a drum kit or manning the grill.
Ashley is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan-Flint, with a strong background in customer service and marketing. She is passionate about crafting exceptional client experiences and managing social media, bringing a fresh perspective and dedicated work ethic to the team.
During her studies, Ashley had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, where she explored various business models and gained new insights into problem-solving approaches. This experience not only broadened her cultural understanding but also enriched her strategic thinking and adaptability.
As an athlete at heart, Ashley has played a wide variety of sports, including softball, volleyball, and track, which have taught her the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and strategic planning. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her two beloved dogs, Olive and Stella!
